"Affordable luxury"
The Rates quoted here are for the whole Villa per week and not per person. Hence even in High Season it can work out at less then £10 per day per person for Sheer Luxury. We are able to take advance bookings up to 2 years at today's Rates.
Please note that this Villa in line with other Quality and Choice Homes are in great demand during the High Seasons (Xmas, Easter & School holidays etc.) so if you are looking at such periods please book as early as possible. As discerning holiday makers know, the right villa does make a huge difference to your hard earned holiday.

The Gas pool Heat is optional at a cost of £150 / US$300 per week .
We are able to arrange many extra equipments or Service required at a small additional cost. (e.g.: Daily Clean, Maid Service, Pram. Crib etc)
We can accept both US $, UK Cheques, Money & Postal Orders.
We can also accept Major Debit and Credit Cards.
Remember - Just a small deposit will secure the Villa for your holidays with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holidays commence.
We can assist with Travel Insurance (which is a must for USA) and have negotiated special Car Hire Rates for our Guests. Please contact us for more details.
